WeaveU is launching our 2nd semester this fall. We’re running DIY educational experiments around the city, from party room theatres to local cafes to cozy living rooms.

The goals are to challenge ourselves, gain new & actionable skills, and follow our curiosity, because education should be a lifelong pursuit. Plus, learning is fun, and cool peers make excellent friends.

Below is our course roster. Applications are now open and registration ends at 11:59pm on Nov 12th.

Vision

We want to democratize enjoyable lifelong education and public research culture by building on an easily replicable model for a community-driven university (drawing on the civica model created by Fractal NYC) — and the economic, social, and creative opportunities that universities create. But really we are just in it for the love of learning and doing hard work alongside friends. We think good theory exists to serve good practice, so our programs tend to prioritize practical skills first, with supplementary theory coming later.
